Salon Service Policy

Thank you for choosing LOU·LOUS Hair & Beauty Lounge. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all our clients and team members, please read our salon policies carefully.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

We provide thorough consultations prior to service to confirm your desired outcome.

Once a service is completed, payment is considered final.

Complaints & Corrections

Any concerns regarding your service must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of your appointment.

Valid concerns will be addressed with one complimentary correction appointment by a senior stylist.

Requests received after 3 days will not be considered.

Corrections cover technical or service-related issues only, not changes of mind or preferences.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Late cancellations will result in a charge or loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Liability

LOU·LOUS Hair & Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any work performed at other salons following your visit.
